Client: NAI Earle Furman

Context: NAI came to Caine for help marketing and selling the apartment to condo conversion of the building at 100 East Washington Street in Downtown Greenville. Marketing was tasked with rebranding the building and designing a suite of materials to support sales.

Result: The building sold out and NAI hired Caine to market and sell another apartment to condo conversion project at the corner of Washington Street and Main Street in Downtown Greenville. That project sold out as well.
